Fortunately, I'm going canoeing instead.
Unfortunately, the water I'm going canoeing on is really dirty.
And so on and so on. First one: Unfortunately, I almost barfed of dehydration today.

Sorry if I didn't make myself clear, but you only say one thing, either an unfortunately or a fortunately. Also, they're supposed to be related. Again, sorry I didn't make it that clear.
