She prefers wearing the sneakers, however. Kairi is a complete tom-boy and has never owned a dress or skirt.

Pets: A Gray-and-silver tabby tom named Sky. Tries to follow Kairi everywhere she goes and mostly succeeds.
Past: Kairi grew up in a small house on Mushroom Street with her mother and twin brother. Their father had gone missing when they were only two years old. She and her brother were always seen together during their earlier years; often playing by themselves and away from everyone else. When asked if she wanted to play with other kids, she would always refuse unless her brother joined in as well. Kairi also enjoyed playing with the wild animals that would often run, or fly, by her house; chasing and trying to talk with them as if they could understand her.
When Middle School started, Kairi and her brother were separated for the first time: They had received different schedules to what their classes would be. Going through such a change as this forced Kairi to face reality; she had no friends aside for her brother. With no one to talk or get along with, Kairi shut other students out and kept to herself. She sat at the back of the class as often as she could, and never spoke up. The only time she acted as herself was at lunch time, when she and her brother ate together. Now in High School, Kairi is trying to learn how to make friends and be her true self.

RP Sample: The bright sun lit up the sidewalk as Kairi made her way to her school, her brother at her side. After a long weekend of helping their mother around the house, she wasn't looking forward to another week of boring classes and a mountain of homework. The only thing she really looked forward to was Science Class. Sure, the teacher was a nut job, but at least he stood out among the others. Rounding the corner, the twins stopped abruptly as a crow dove down in front of them, grabbing a piece of shiny trash before flying away again.
"There's been more crows around than usual," she muttered, resuming her slow pace. Kairi saw her brother nod, seemingly unsure of anything to say. He's still not fully awake, she thought, I hope he doesn't fall behind in his first period class. Focusing back on the road ahead, Kairi saw yet another crow swoop down a few blocks away. Another one? She watched as the black bird pecked at something on the ground, wondering what it was. By the time she and Ryou were close enough to see what was lying there, the crow had spread its wings and flew away with whatever it had found. Darn, I wonder what it found?
